By placing an order with Sweet Karamel, you agree to the following terms:

Orders & Payment All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and available payment methods at checkout.

Perishable Products Our products are made fresh and are perishable. We ship via FedEx Overnight to ensure quality. It is the customer's responsibility to be available to receive the package on the delivery date.

Minimum Order A minimum order of $30 is required for all shipped orders.

Accuracy of Information You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Sweet Karamel is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

Changes & Cancellations Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed, as items are prepared fresh for each order.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Virginia.
