Shipping policy
All Sweet Karamel orders are shipped via FedEx Overnight to ensure your treats arrive fresh and in perfect condition.
Processing & Cutoff Times
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST ship the next business day.
- We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays to prevent orders from sitting in transit over the weekend.
Shipping Rates
- FedEx Standard Overnight (arrives by 8:00 PM) — $55
- FedEx Priority Overnight (arrives by 12:00 PM) — $70
- A minimum order of $30 is required for all shipped orders.
Why Overnight Only? Our products contain cream cheese and fresh ingredients that require refrigeration. To guarantee quality and food safety, we only offer overnight shipping — no exceptions.
Holidays We do not ship on federal holidays. If your order falls near a holiday, please allow an extra business day.
